• Marshall Overlook – The Marshall Overlook is one of Arkansas’ most spectacular panoramic views andselfie stops! Located above Marshall along US Highway 65, it offers a great view, an interpretive sign, an historic marker, picnic tables, and the Rock n Java Coffee Shop! Perhaps the greatest view along the entire length of US Highway 65 which runs 966 miles from Clayton, Louisiana through Searcy County and on to Minnesota. • Buffalo River National Park – In the heart of the Ozarks, the Buffalo River was America’s first national river in 1972. The 135-mile-long free flowing Buffalo offers both swift-running and placid stretches, inviting sand/gravel bars, towering limestone bluffs, woodlands, protected wilderness areas and nature watching opportunities, including deer and elk. Smallmouth bass is a catch along the river. Over 100 miles of trails have been blazed for public use. Designated horseback riding trails are located in each district of the river, under the auspices of the National Park Service. The Buffalo River is a favorite floating destination because of the scenic bluffs and crystal-clear water. Phone: (870) 439-2502
• Searcy County Veterans Hall & Museum – The Searcy County Veteran’s Hall and Museum is maintained by the Searcy County Veteran’s Memorial Association and is dedicated to honoring veterans, preserving the history of veterans of the local area, and maintaining a veteran’s museum. The museum is free. Photos of hundreds of veterans line the wall. Each year the Veteran’s Day Ceremony is held in the Hall. An annual Quilt of Valor ceremony is held in the Hall where local quilters present veterans with a quilt. Please call ahead for a tour. The museum houses a fantastic collection of military memorabilia, photos, and uniforms. The veteran’s hall is also a magnificent meeting space with an open floor plan, approximately 5,000 square feet, with additional small meeting room! Great kitchen, tables, and chairs. • Searcy County Quilt Trail – Features almost 30 quilt blocks painted on wood and displayed on local barns, buildings, and other ways across Searcy County in the communities of Marshall, Leslie, Oxley, Witts Springs, St. Joe, Gilbert, Harriet and Cozahome. • Hiking Trails
• Hit the trail for an up-close view of Buffalo National River. There are over 100 miles of maintained trails within the park, including the Buffalo River Trail and the Buffalo River section of the Ozark Highlands Trail. Generally speaking, the most popular trails are the Lost Valley Trail in the upper river and the Indian Rockhouse Trail in the lower district. Maps are available at all ranger stations or at the visitor center. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on park trails.

➢ Home to the longest zipline in Arkansas
During the summer of 2012, we had the pleasure of Introducing “Iron Horse”, the Highest, fastest, longest zipline in Arkansas. It is one of the top zip lines in North America. It is nearly a half mile long and with a vertical drop of 277’ and top speeds of over 50mph, it is a heart pounding and yet very smooth, comfortable experience. You will sail 2300’ over the beautiful Canyon towards the main lodge. At one point you will be over 300’ above the valley floor. Don’t forget to open your eyes! Not s ure if you are ready for the Iron Horse? No problem. You can start out on the 600’ “Pony Express” to warm you up. A perfect trainer zip line for those that want to ease in to adventure.
